I feel like I'd be a hypocrite if I didn't offer this up. Here's my latest comic:

My own critique:

Panel1: Still not convinced they're at a party. I think I copped out by not drawing a little more detail.
Panel2: This is probably the most successful panel, but the perspective is off in the three scooters.
Panel3: The black background is too minimal. If I ever do it again I'd some plants and trees illuminated by the fire, and maybe even pull out a bit to show more particpants. Right now it just looks like the two characters in the foreground.
Panel4: Too plain. I think there could have been a better way to frame this.

Circle versus Square, like Dinosaur Comics, is burdened with the comic's balance: art and writing. When working with 2-dimensional characters, literally, the dialogue can sometimes be a bit bloated. However, there's a clarity in the writing that shines through, smoothly introducing new characters and carrying through storylines. Shine on, CvS.

The middle panel of this comic is nigh-incomprehensible. Way too much visual noise- add some color or decrease the concentration of lines.
